TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Hotel Policies:
• Standard check-in: 14:00–15:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00–12:00 hrs
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and extra charge. Final discretion lies with the hotel
• Room & rate availability confirmed only at the time of booking
• Maximum 2 adults per room; a third person will be accommodated on a rollaway bed (room size remains the same)
• Children aged 10 years and above are fully chargeable
• Hotel changes/cancellations are subject to individual hotel policies and Buzz Holidayz’s cancellation policy
• Hotel selection is based on past customer experiences—we advise reviewing hotel details (photos, reviews) before booking
• Any damage to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay will be borne by the passenger
• Transfers & Sightseeing:
• Airport transfers and sightseeing tours are based strictly on the itinerary; vehicles are not at disposal
• Pick-ups between 07:30 PM and 06:30 AM may attract surcharges
• Some areas may restrict coach access, and walking may be required to reach attractions
• Attractions closed on certain days may lead to changes or cancellation of that part of the tour—no refund applicable
• Sightseeing is subject to local weather and service conditions; providers reserve the right to cancel without prior notice
• Meals:
• Pre-set menus only; à la carte is not available for Indian meals
• No refunds for unused meals or sightseeing
• Flight & Visa Policies:
• Airfare is dynamic and subject to change at the time of booking
• Flight seat availability and pricing are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed
• Flight delays/cancellations/rescheduling are at the discretion of the airline; Buzz Holidayz is not responsible for changes or costs incurred
• Changes to issued tickets may incur a penalty—check with our Sales Officer
• Airfare cancellation charges depend on the airline, plus INR 500 per person service fee from Buzz Holidayz
• Name changes post-ticketing will incur charges—ensure names match passport exactly
• Passport copies are mandatory at the time of booking and must be valid for 6 months from departure
• Visa on Arrival is at the discretion of the immigration authority. Buzz Holidayz is not liable for visa rejection or denial
• Immigration/customs decisions are outside our contro
• Payment & Refunds:
• Final vouchers/tickets/visas are handed over only after full payment is received
• Payment gateway charges: (Net banking/credit/debit cards: 2.5%, American Express: 6% (non-refundable in case of cancellations))
• Refunds processed within 20 working days of receipt of written request
• All changes/cancellations must be made in writing by the person who booked the services
• Charges incurred due to changes in itinerary or departure date will be borne by the customer
• In the event of cancellation, Buzz Holidayz's standard cancellation policy applies
• General Policies:
• All packages are based on night stays. Final day includes check-out only as per hotel policy
• Any personal expenses (laundry, minibar, drinks, etc.) are not included
• Fuel surcharges or other supplements, if introduced, will be applicable immediately
• Buzz Holidayz reserves the right to change or amend itineraries, departures, or services as required
• Any natural calamities or uncontrollable events (flight delays, fog, floods, traffic jams, etc.) are not under Buzz Holidayz's responsibility
• Travelers are strongly advised not to consume excessive alcohol before/during flights to avoid immigration issues
