TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Hotel Check-in/Check-out: (Standard check-in time: 14:00 – 15:00 hrs, Standard check-out time: 10:00 – 12:00 hrs, Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, Hotels reserve the right to deny early check-in/late check-out even if rooms are available).
• Room Occupancy: (Maximum 2 adults per room, For triple occupancy, roll-away beds may be used. Room size is generally the same as double occupancy, Children aged 10 years or above are charged as adults).
• Hotel Bookings & Policies: (Hotels are selected based on prior customer experience, Changes to bookings are subject to the hotel and Buzz Holidayz's cancellation policies, Guests are encouraged to check reviews and photos before booking).
• Damage Responsibility: (Any damage to hotel property or transport during the tour must be paid for by the traveler).
• Passport & Visa: (Valid passport (minimum 6 months from travel date) required, Passport copies must be shared at the time of booking, Visa on arrival is at the discretion of immigration authorities. Buzz Holidayz is not responsible for visa denial, Cancellation due to visa denial will follow Buzz Holidayz's standard cancellation policy).
• Flight Tickets: (Once issued, changes or cancellations incur penalties as per airline rules, Date changes, cancellations, or delays are managed solely by the airlines, Any difference in fare due to rescheduling is payable by the client).
• Refunds & Charges: (Refunds are processed within 20 working days).
• Transaction fee: (2.5% on Net Banking/Debit/Credit Cards, 6% on American Express, Transaction fees are non-refundable).
• Buzz Holidayz service fee for flight cancellation.
• No refunds for partially used tickets, no-shows, or unused services (meals, sightseeing, etcTour Itinerary & Services).
• Tour Itinerary & Services: (Itineraries may be altered/withdrawn due to operational reasons, weather, or local restrictions, No liability for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, etc, Sightseeing is subject to weather and local service provider discretion, Coaches for sightseeing are available only as per the itinerary).
• Meals: (Indian meals are pre-set; à la carte is not available).
• Responsibility & Liability: (Buzz Holidayz is not liable for: Loss of baggage, Injury, accident, or death, Breakdowns, irregularities due to natural or political conditions).
• Travel Amendments & Cancellations: (Any change in travel must be requested in writing, All additional costs due to changes must be borne by the traveler, Cancellations must be communicated in writing by the booking person, Cancellation charges as per published policy apply).
• Flight & Hotel Name Discrepancy: (Name mismatch with passport will incur charges for correction, It's recommended to email a scanned copy of the passport before ticket/hotel booking).
• Document Handover: (Hotel vouchers, flight tickets, and visa documents will be handed over only after full payment).
• Final Travel Notes: (All packages are night-based. Final day includes check-out per hotel policy, No responsibility for additional stay unless approved in writing by Buzz Holidayz, Avoid excessive alcohol consumption before immigration/custom processes).
• Local Sightseeing Terms: (Local sightseeing may be canceled/altered without notice due to provider decisions, Buzz Holidayz is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or natural events).
